When Injured On The Job:
If you have suffered a work injury, we are here to help! We understand how difficult it can be to be limited on tasks such as getting back to work, pain free. Prior to your first appointment, it is required that you get prior authorization for chiropractic and massage therapy treatment through labor and industries (this can only be done by a referral from your primary care physician on your L&I claim). Once authorization is accepted, we can proceed with treatment. We are determined to set up a progressive treatment plan that will get you back to your pain free working environment! If you have not opened a claim, one of our doctor's can be the attending physician that opens the claim for you.
