What is an Adjustment?

An adjustment is a manual therapy of the spine and extremities. A chiropractic doctor uses their hands and/or instruments to apply controlled force to bring the bones of a joint back to their normal, natural placement.

How Do I Make an Appointment?

You can reach us by calling or sending a text message to (425) 889 – 2882, emailing info@webberchiropractic.com, or using the form under the contact page.

What Should I Bring to my Appointment?

Please bring your I.D. and your insurance card to your first appointment. If you were in a motor vehicle accident or suffered a work injury, please bring all documentation related to the incident (i.e Accident Reports, MRI Results, Police Reports, etc.)

Do I Need a Doctor's Referral?

Not for chiropractic treatment. However, most insurance companies do require a referral for massage therapy services. If you are unable to get a referral from your primary care provider, it is possible to get a referral from either Dr. Mark Webber or Dr. Matthew Kill. We do require that you schedule a separate appointment with one of our doctors prior to your massage therapy appointment.

How Many Visits Will I Need?

Treatment duration depends on your diagnosis, the severity of your impairments, your past medical history, and other factors.  Re-evaluations will be done to assess your progress monthly and you will have a designated treatment plan based on those results. Our goal is to get our patients back to their natural, active state as quickly as possible.

What Should I Wear To My Appointment?

Patients can easily get adjusted in any casual or business casual clothing. We suggest that you wear comfortable, active wear during your appointments due to body position changes during the adjustment and rehabilitation exercises and/or stretches that are recommended.

A chiropractic adjustment is manual therapy of the spine and extremities. A chiropractic doctor uses their hands and/or an instrument and applies a controlled, sudden force to a joint. This is done to bring the bones of a joint back to their normal, natural place. This can be done with one adjustment or may take several depending on the disalignment of the joint itself. This is done by a trained chiropractic doctor and should only done by such.

Treatment duration depends on your diagnosis, the severity of your impairments, your past medical history, and other factors.  Re-evaluations will be done to assess your progress monthly and you will discuss with one of the chiropractors to see what your individualized treatment plan continues to look like. Our goal at Webber Chiropractic is to get our patients back to their natural, active state as quickly as possible.

Our policy allows up to 24 hours cancellation prior to your appointment, after that there is a cancellation policy fee based on the following:

$25 for chiropractic

It is estimated that eight out of ten people suffer from some sort of back pain. This can be caused by many different things such as: sedentary lifestyle, posture, sports injury, or overuse. Chiropractors are doctors that perform adjustments and muscle work to correct any misalignment in the neck, spine, and extremities. In doing so, this helps to eliminate pain, improve range of motion and function, and aid in supporting the bodies healing process. Chiropractic care is also one of the leading treatments for headaches and migraines. Adjustment of the neck greatly reduces the amount of tension that can be built up in the muscles surrounding.

An adjustment (manipulation) of a joint may result in a “popping” sound that is a result of the release of any gas bubbles between the joints. The same type of occurrence happens when “cracking” your knuckles. There is a change of pressure within the joint being adjusted (such as the cervical neck or spine) which causes the release of these gas bubbles. The adjustment itself, has very minimal if any discomfort and the “popping” sound is entirely normal.

Yes. It can be very beneficial to do chiropractic care as children are going through major changes in their development and spinal growth. Young childhood chiropractic treatment helps keep the body aligned to prevent future injury and pain throughout the body.

Yes. There are no known contraindications for chiropractic care throughout a pregnancy. Chiropractors are trained to work with women who are pregnant and help them with pain relief throughout their pregnancy. We highly encourage chiropractic and massage therapy treatment during pregnancy, as back pain is one of the most common symptoms during a pregnancy. Also, pregnancy causes pelvic and postural changes that can be managed with chiropractic care.
